Nissan’s luxury brand was first launched in North America, and has slowly krept into markets around the world. With dealerships now popping up throughout Asian and Europe, Infiniti is developing new advertising and marketing campaigns to help unify the company’s global brand image.
Infiniti will first be developing new advertising campaigns here in North America that could be used in other markets. However, other Infiniti outposts are also able to use their own ads as well says, Jon Brancheau, Director of Global Marketing at Infiniti. Moving forward Infiniti brand communications will become more consistent in strategy, despite the minor tweaking that will be necessary for different targets worldwide.
Helping Infiniti stand out from the crowd in new messaging will be TBWA/Chiat/Day, Infiniti‘s US-based advertising agency. The agency has been tasked with developing messaging standards that will create a brand mythology and help tell the story of where the brand comes from, and what direction it will take in the future. Naturally, as a premium brand, craftsmanship and performance will remain two key components in all future messaging.
Infiniti’s emphasis on strengthening its brand comes at a crucial time. Hamden Acura Executive has seen Honda’s luxury brand do the same to contend with the strength of fellow Japanese brands, German brands, and even to battle the up-market aspirations of Korean brands.
With auto sales rebounding, competition is heating up in every segment, including the premium segment where brands like Audi are on the offensive and are boosting ad spending. Infiniti is following suit and will be honing their brand for maximum impact here in the US and abroad. Not only will Nissan’s marketing continue to embrace performance, suggests Nissan Natick MA, but expect more hybrids, EVs, and other innovative technology to play a larger part in what Nissan and Infiniti stand for. Over the years, used autos Boston dealer has seen the transformation of Infinti’s lineup and believes that so far consumers have seen just the beginning.
